Mini OPI & thrift store haul!

Hi my lovely readers!
I have been sick for the past couple of days, so I decided to use some of this sparetime wisely and make a blogpost. So, let's begin with the haul!

I was browsing in my local beauty store called Emotion, and I scored the last three OPI polishes from the Skyfall collection for 9,90€ only! Originally they were 17,20€ (which is super ridiculous price), and I have been eyeing all three of these for couple of months! I was so happy to save some money!

Tomorrow Never Dies is my fave of all the polishes from the Skyfall collection

LOVE the name too <3 Such a pretty royal purple!

Live And Let Die is a gorgeous mossy green with greenish-golden shimmer

Steady As She Rose is super smooth very light lilac color. Reminds me of China Glaze's Light as air, except this is tiny bit warmer and the formula is better.

I also went to a thrift shop with my friend Eevi. I found these gorgeous oxblood Nine West shoes for ten euros! They're super comfortable and fit amazingly well! They've been used, but you can see the wear onlyin the inside of the shoe, definitely a score for the price! 

Aaaand I couldn't resist buying this adorable "Jacksons of Piccadilly" tea can. It looked so cute & vitage-like so I had to throw those five euros out for it... 

I'm obsessed with cans~

NOTD, facebook and new videos!

Hi my lovely readers! :)
So lately I've been keeping myself busy filming new videos, and I've also created a facebook page for my Finnish subbies/readers. Feel free to check it out if you want to leave any video/blog post requests! :)

Here's my nails of the day for you guys:

This is China Glaze's oh-so-famous Flip Flop Fantasy! I'm IN LOVE with it! This is an amazing neon coral polish. The only downside is, that it's kinds streaky and you certainly need three coats of it.  My 94-year old grandma thought that I had neon lights on my nails, because this polish literally glows neon light! It's so awesome!


I went to see Les Miserables with my best friend couple of days ago. If you love history, nationalism and musicals as much as I do, you might find it to be your new favourite movie! Oh god how I fell in love with the movie! I haven't seen the old versions of it, but this one was absolutely superb!
Eponine was my favourite character, I have to admit that I slightly identify myself with her ;(

I highly recommend Les Miserables! Just don't forget your handkerchief, I cried a river during the movie (didn't cry while watching Titanic).

Introducing a brand new CIDESCO-SKY beauty therapist!

GUESS WHO JUST PASSED CIDESCO AND SKY EXAMINATIONS?
I'm SO proud of myself!

CIDESCO is an international beauty therapist examination which has two parts: a practical examination and a multiple selection exam, both exams take one day. SKY-examination is a Finnish examination which only has the practical side; in this examination you show what you can do and the examination lasts four days.

The morning of the CIDESCO examination, 6am in Järvenpää train station.

So, I passed both of the examinations! I was so worried of not passing the practical side of CIDESCO, but it turned that I had done good job.
I have cried a lot lately, especially on the CIDESCO-weekend. All the stress and pressure I've managed to hold in me have made me such a crybaby :')
The past forthnight I have had to wake up on 5 or 5.30 am every single morning, and ahh how tired I am now!

But enough with the complaining.

A card me & my friends made for the small shop near us we used to visit.

So, now I'm a real beauty therapist. What now?
I'm going to study for entrance exams for LAUREA university of applied science, trying to get in for further beauty studies. They only tak in few people so I might not get in, especially because this will be my first time trying to get in there.
I'm also working randomly, a couple of days per week to save up some money for future.

AND NOW I HAVE MORE TIME FOR YOUTUBE AND THIS BLOG! <3 I'm so happy to commit more time to my most loveable hobby ever!

Oops I did it again... HAUL TIME!

I have done a little bit of shopping lately, so I decided to share some of my finds with you all!

Recently I've bought a lot of jewelry from places like Gina Tricot, Linex & Seppälä, becuase they've had great sales! 

These two necklaces I bought from Gina Tricot for 1,50€/piece

I absolutely love this necklace! It's kind of "four in one" necklace.

This piece of jewelry has a nice tribal vibe going on.

I had been eyeing these cross earrings for a while and how amazing was it to get them for 1,50 only! :)

You know the collar trend... Well, I am into it! xD I bought the rosegold & silver collar from Gina tricot for 1,50€/piece, and the golden one was from Seppälä for like two euros. 

These two awesome bracelets were four euros from Seppälä. 

Continuing with the tribal trend, got this cute little bracelet, again 1,50€ from Gina Tricot

From a brush/makeup tool- company called Duroy, I got some brushes for my facial exams.

China Glaze's For Audrey - two coats & OPI's Crown me already splashed in the tips

I remember when I first tried out Cina Glaze's For Audrey. It was super raved about in youtube/the whole nail polish world. I was SO excited to use it, but I was disappointed in the end. Now the story is different! I absolutely adore it! Maybe it's because I'm into all pastels right now, or maybe it's because I adore Tiffany & co, and Audrey Hepburn more nowadays ;)

Essie's Butler please - two coats & Sally Hansen's Gem Crush: Big money - one coat

I was so pumped to use this new Essie color, but OH GOD I HATE THE FORMULA! It was streaky and it felt like the bottle would have been open for a year or something... I honestly think there might be something wrong with my bottle of polish in particular. But yes, the color is ah-mazing!
Sally Hansen's Big money is a superb glitter polish; actually the whole gem crush line blows my mind! You better check it out if you haven't already done so.

Orly's Cashmere Cardigan - two coats.

I just can't get enough of all shades of purple. Orly's Cahsmere Cardigan was really pretty but chapped off quite easily in two days. Pretty color, nothing special in the formula.

Essie's Lights - two coats & Ciate's Big yellow taxi - two coats

Now I really wanted to try out "the new thing", I actually don't even know what this kind of French manicure is called. I like it anyways, and this color combination was super bright and summery. Both polishes are great with just two coats.

Nails of the day // OPI Just Spotted the Lizard & New years eve nails

Hi my lovely readers!
I haven't posted a nails of the day post in a long time, so decided to do one now! :)

OPI's Just Spotted the Lizard

Today I'm wearing two coats of OPI's  Just Spotted the Lizard on my nails. This polish came out in the Amazing Spiderman collection and it's said to be a great dupe for Chanel's Peridot.
I really wish the polish had more blue dimension to it, because now it's mainly greenish gold shimmer. But it's lovely anyways! My second time wearing this ever.
My nails are getting too long because of the winter break, I have to cut them down soon :( I just love longer nails and it's such a bummer that a cosmetologist has to have pretty short nails in order to not hurt the client.

I thought I'd also share the nails I wore on New Years eve;

It was supposed to be a silvery-glitter to black -gradient but I ran out of time and it didn't turn out quite what I wanted... But it looked just slightly better in real life ;) To the ring finger I added three rhinestones which I hadn't played with in a long long time! Didn't remember how much fun it was to wear rhinestones! I highly encourage you guys to bring in some glitter and sparkle to your life!
