NYC part 3 // IMATS & beauty gurus

Hi my lovely readers! This is the first post of my IMATS -experience.
In a nutshell: IT WAS AMAZING!! I met all of my favourite beauty gurus, and even got to know some pretty awesome people. This posts mainly consist of some of the pics I took with youtubers.
I was also loving all the special makup there was to explore, but that will be a whole new post.

IMATS were held in Pier 94. It was a lovely place, if you're Finnish and want to know the size: aika saman kokoinen kuin messukeskus :)

Face of the day for IMATS day 2, Sunday.

Leighannsays, I've subbed to her for ages, back when she had slightly over 1000 subbies. She was SO nice and cute! :)

Who doesn't love Beauty Broadcast? I've watched all of her  over 800 videos!

THE youtuber I have wanted to meet. The girl who started it all for me. Muy favourite youtuber of all time, Julie!!! I actually cried when I met her. She is the most friendly person on earth, not to mention that she looked even more beutiful irl! For three years I have watched and loved her videos <3

Go get you some EleventhGorgeous!  A long time subbie loved to meet the lovely sisters!

It was great to meet Xteeener, she was so nice and I loved her dress!

Rachel!! A new find for me, I've been subscribed to her for six months and DAMN! This girl is entertaining! Completely hooked on her videos!

Me & Nicole. God she was so pretty! I wish I could have talked more with her :(

New friends

Now when I was in the taxi line, this lovely woman started to chat with me. I told her that I was from Finland and that I pretty much was in NYC because of IMATS & all the beauty gurus. She told me that her daughter also had a youtube channel. Soon I met her daughter, Amanda. We chatted for the whole 45 minutes and ended up taking the same taxi, since we were going the same way. It was SO amazing to meet these two beautiful pesons, and get to share what it's like to live in Finland and hear how different it is compared to USA :) I'm so glad we met and I got to discover Amanda's youtube channel! I hope that we will meet again at some point of our lives!

I was being a paparazzi and took some pic of MeghanKacey & other lovely youtubers I'm subbed to :)

So, there is another post coming of the athmosphere and all the beautiful creations of the makeup artists.
Thanks for checking out my blog, have a magical day!

NYC part 2 // Something from Tiffanys & Top of the rock

Hi my lovely readers! :) Here's the second post of my NYC trip.

On Thurday morning me and my dad went to the place where you cannot be unhappy. Tiffany and co.
I have mentioned how much I love "The Breakfast at Tiffany's", so, going to Tiffany & co was something I really wanted to do.
A beautiful window setup.
Whoo yay, matched my jeans! I didn't even notice that until I had my tiffany-bag xD

Isn't it amazing?
Some of the legendary keys.
My father bought me a superb graduation present!
Sterling silver & rose gold.

I AM IN LOVE! My father wanted to buy me my graduation present from Tiffanys. I had originally wanted the 'Return to Tiffany Heart tag charm bracelet'. That looked so tacky on my hand, that I didn't want it, but insted I found this amazing new piece in the 'Return to Tiffany' collection!  My father wanted to buy both the neckalce and bracelet for me. I cried.

Me & some random guy : D
I love this clock! So pretty!
Me goofing around

After the visit at Tiffany & co, we went to Rockafeller center, and bought tickets to go to the top of the Rock. Now, both me and my dad had been in the world's highest building, Burj Khalifa, so Top of the Rock didn't feel too high. But the view was lovely! You could see the Central park, Statue of Liberty and Empire State building.
Central park!
Looking extremely tired and trying to cover it with sunglasses (also, there's the Empire State building behind me).

Thanks for checking out my blog, more posts coming soon!

NYC PART 1 // Ice hockey & The Lion King

Hi my lovely readers!
Ok. So I went to New York. And I went to IMATS.
I took over 1300 pictures.
So, BE PREPARED! There will be a total of five blogposts!

Beginning of the trip:
So, me and my dad flew from Helsinki on Tuesday morning with Finnair to New York! We arrived at the JFK airport and surprisingly there was little to no line to the immigration check, I was so pleased we got through that in 10 minutes! We walked from  the immigration check to the luggage claim and got our bags immediately. How lucky! We took a taxi and it took around 50 minutes to get to our hotel.

Hotel Pennsylvania.
So, we got to our hotel (Hotel Pennsylvania), which was 2 stars, the cheapest we could find. Why would we invest in a hotel, the only time we were there was when we had to sleep! I've always been that type of a person who rather spends the money on shopping than to the hotel :D
So, on the first day we were pretty exhausted, but we had to go shopping! We headed to the world's biggest store, Macys that was literally next to our hotel! On the first day I bought a BCBG bracelet & Rachel Roy shoes.

Me and my dad are huge ice hockey fans, so on Wednesday night we just had to go to see the New York Rangers vs. Pittsburgh Pinguings! NYR won 6-1. It was just amazing how different ice hockey culture can be in different countries. In Finland people definitely don't stand up and start to sing "GOO-OO-OOAL, GOO-OO-OOAL, hey, hey, hey, hey hey!" o___o I loved that atmoshpere so much!! I wish Finnish hockey fans were as eager as americans!

We went to see the Lion King on Broadway on Thursday:

Sorry I couldn't resist.

Times Squareeeee! Oh gosh I loved it! :) Sephora, Mac, F21, Disney store...

Me admiring the Lion King ad.

Whii, a dream come true!

Oh God how I loved the Lion King! It was all that I hoped it would be! My favourite charater/voice/actor was Mufasa's actor, Alton Fiztgerald White. "They live in you" was my favourite song, as it already was my favourite song of all the songs in the movies. So, even though the ticket were expensive, they were totally worth it!

Thanks so much for reading, stay tuned for more blogposts of my lovely trip! :)
