Nails of the day // OPI Just Spotted the Lizard & New years eve nails

Hi my lovely readers!
I haven't posted a nails of the day post in a long time, so decided to do one now! :)

OPI's Just Spotted the Lizard

Today I'm wearing two coats of OPI's  Just Spotted the Lizard on my nails. This polish came out in the Amazing Spiderman collection and it's said to be a great dupe for Chanel's Peridot.
I really wish the polish had more blue dimension to it, because now it's mainly greenish gold shimmer. But it's lovely anyways! My second time wearing this ever.
My nails are getting too long because of the winter break, I have to cut them down soon :( I just love longer nails and it's such a bummer that a cosmetologist has to have pretty short nails in order to not hurt the client.

I thought I'd also share the nails I wore on New Years eve;

It was supposed to be a silvery-glitter to black -gradient but I ran out of time and it didn't turn out quite what I wanted... But it looked just slightly better in real life ;) To the ring finger I added three rhinestones which I hadn't played with in a long long time! Didn't remember how much fun it was to wear rhinestones! I highly encourage you guys to bring in some glitter and sparkle to your life!

Nails of the day ;) + Bornprettystore's blogs giveaway!

Hi dolls! Since Finland isn't the best country for OPI to success, because their nail polishes cost a fortune (16 euros 10 cents /around 18 dollars), I am still able to find lovely nail polishes from OPI's past collections. This particular nail polish is from the Burlesque collection, and is called Glow Up Already! (I absolutely love that name as I always do with OPI...) :)
It has been layered on top of a F21 mint green nail polish. In the ring finger there's also one coat of the Sparkle-icious which I introduced to you couple of blo posts ago also in my ring finger xD
Burlesque has to be one of my favourite collections from OPI. I have almost all of the glitter polishes and couple of the other polishes. I absolutely love OPI's glitters. <3
And I have been all over every single glitter nail polish I have been able to find xD I've propably bought 10 glitter polishes in past two weeks...
And now I'll go and pack something for my USA/Caribbean cruise trip =)) See ya in two weeks (well the trip lasts 10 days but you know the jet lag!)

Nails of the day! :) ft. Orly's new nail polish

Hi my lovely readers!
I was visiting the Finnish Cosmetology  Organisation's Trade Show in Helsinki couple of days ago, and there were some Orly polishes on sale for 3 euros only! I totally grabbed some ;P But this one costed 6,50€, since this is from the newest  Spread your Wings collection! This polish is called Fowl Play and it is SO pretty! This is 3 coats, but 2 would have done it as well.
And guess what? I even got to see the collection from Orly, that is not out yet! I adored ALL the colors, I was like "can I buy these yet" and the staff was like "we're sorry but no, this isn't out yet" and I was like wow, I feel special (of course everyone else in that trade show got to see the polishes too, I was just one of hundreds of people! xD).
So yeah, everybody keep your eyes ope for the soon coming Orly collection, you'll love it!!

Nails of the day + What I'm doing

Hey my loooooovely readers! <3 I'm SO sorry for not posting anything for the longest time! I've started my cosmetologist studies in a Finnish Cosmetology school. I absolutely love it there, I've learned so much new and interesting things about skincare. manicure and pedicure! I've been super busy with school, because we have one exam every week! This coming week we have an exam where we have to know every single bone and muscle in human's hand both in Finnish and in Latin! :) Then, next week we'll have chemistry exam, that I think will be ok for me since I actually like chemistry!

But yeah, this is also a post about my nails!  As you can propably see from the picture above, I have had to cut them! :( Now they're so short, I don't really like short nails on me,  they make my fingers look chubby, if that's possible xD  Well, you can also see my current nail art I just created couple of days ago. Super simple!
