Beauty Blogger meet in Tampere & a goodie bag haul!

Just a little excited to go to the meet...

Hi my lovely readers!

 Greetings from Tampere! :) I was invited to a meet for Finnish beauty bloggers hosted by the lovely Sanni and Elisa. I absolutely love these meets, because I get to meet all of my awesome blogger friends in one place! I also got to meet some new people, too bad there was 35 of us and I didn't have time to chat with everyone. Maybe next time!

We met at Plevna, a cozy brewery  restaurant. Most of us ate something, but I only drank coffee, since I had already eaten before I got there.

After dining we moved to a different room and listened to three awesome presentations. The kickoff to the presentations was by Lumene, the famous Finnish cosmetic brand (which I personally love). After Lumene, we had a little break and got incredible goodie bags! 

We returned to the room, and got to enjoy of Mikko Vainio's hair demo and Zuii Organic's presentation.

Lumene's new makeup. I was just about to buy the eyeliner, it was awesome to get it for free! Also, it has the same tube as Urban Decay!

Overall the day was just pure awesomeness! I am so thankful for the opportunity to meet all these lovely bloggers and so amazed by all the goodies we got! Thanks for the hosts!!!

REVIEW: Chanel Black Pearl 513

Hi my lovely readers! I decided to make a quick review of Chanel's Black pearl -nail polish.

Texture/formula: 7/10

Kind of streaky and uneven. However if you put just a little bit more effort to the application it will be ok. After a second coat you can still see the brush marks but it won't be too bad.

After two days of wear without topcoat

Longevity: 7/10
Without a topcoat this polish started to chip off on the second day of wear, as you can see from the picture above. So, nothing amazing here.

Overall: 7/10
The color is pretty, and I think the name describes the color perfectly. However the formula and longevity could be improved. The brush is just like any other Chanel brush, kind of square shape which I don't really like, since my cuticles are round. So, it's a nice nail polish but not my top choice for easy application process.

Finnish Beauty Bloggers' meet

Me, Shiny, Virve and Sini ♥ I just love those girls

Hi my lovely readers! 

Me and 27 other Finnish beauty bloggers decided to have a gathering last Saturday. Our host was the beautiful Sensaisti. The gathering was just AWESOME! It was so much fun to meet my blogger friends I rarely get to see. The food was absolutely delicious and the place so pretty!

Ooh-la-laa! Wonder what's inside?

Our host had such a nice surprise for us - a huge gift bag full of amazing cosmetic items! I was in cloud nine! I'm so looking forward to testing all these wonderful products! :)

That was just crazy, huh?! I feel so lucky and blessed for receiving all that amazing stuff, thanks again Sensaisti and the companies who were so generous to us!

Naked 3 haul

Hi my lovely readers!
Guess what? I finally got my hands on the oh-so-hyped NAKED 3 palette!  AAAHHH IT'S SO BEAUTIFUL! I have a feeling this one might become my new favorite over my original Naked-palette. I don't really love Naked 2, but some shades are awesome in that palette.

2013: The year of dream come trues!

Hi my lovely readers!
The year 2013 was awesome! Quite many of my dreams actually came true last year.

I had dreamed of seeing Cirque De Soleil's Alegria live ever since I was just a little girl. In spring 2013 I went to see it with my best friend. It was totally worth the hype!

I went to New York - the city of dreams - in April. The trip itself was a dream come true, but seeing The Lion King on Broadway, seeing NHL-game live, attending IMATS (& meeting JulieG and other beauty gurus) and strolling around in Tiffany & co. were nice additions ;)

In July, I also went to Nice, and that was such a nice trip as well. Hehhheheh I'm just hilarious, huh :P

Hello, this is my orange suitcase again

I also graduated from a cosmetologist school and now I am a CIDESCO-, SKY-cosmetologist :)

My little sister & me on my graduation day

I got to work on quite many exciting events last year. I met many Finnish celebrities and working with them was lovely. One of my favorite working experiences was the ice hockey championships that were held in Helsinki (and Stockholm).

Of course, in 2013 there were some bad days too. Two of my relatives and one family friend passed away, and that wasn't easy to deal with. They are in a better place now <3

Top 3 random things I've loved to do:
1. Meeting new people 
Last year I met some damn awesome people! Sini has became a very dear friend of mine, and through her I met my adorkable boyfriend. I loved spending time with my friends and family, who I love so very much. I also met Ronja, who seems such a lovely person, hopefully I'll be seeing her in 2014 again! :)

2. Moving and learning to live on my own
I didn't move far away from my childhood home - just across the street actually xD However even this slight move has made me much more independent person. And it's handy that I can go & steal some milk from my old home if I'm out of mine and don't have time to go buy some.

3. Burning candles
I wasn't allowed to burn scented candles on my childhood home because of my little brother's asthma. Now that I'm living on my own I can burn as many candles as I want!!! Muahhhahhhahhhh!!!!!
